Terms for using Catalog Health
Effective Oct 27, 2026. By installing or using Bez Leda Catalog Health you agree to these terms with Bez Leda Studios.
The service
Catalog Health is a BigCommerce app that copies catalog fields needed for quality scoring and shows issues. On paid plans it can also monitor, export, suggest copy, and write specific fields back to BigCommerce after you confirm. BigCommerce still holds your catalog. We do not promise to find every problem or to replace your own catalog review.
Who may use it
You must have authority to install apps on the BigCommerce store. The app is multi-user: the store owner can grant or revoke access. We store users against the store hash, not as a standalone consumer account. There is no separate “sign up with a password” product for merchants.
Plans and billing
- Free is included with install and is limited (product cap, manual scans, short history, no paid tools).
- Pro is $39/month, Growth is $79/month, and Business is $149/month, charged through BigCommerce Unified Billing when that checkout is connected. We do not take card numbers.
- Complimentary Pro, Growth, or Business may be granted by us for a store. That is not a BigCommerce subscription and is not a free trial offered to every merchant.
- Draft / unpublished Marketplace listings can only create $0 test checkouts. That is a BigCommerce testing limit, not a trial we advertise.
- Cancellation follows BigCommerce: paid access continues until the end of the period BigCommerce reports. Uninstalling the app does not by itself cancel a Unified Billing subscription.
Your responsibilities
- Keep BigCommerce scopes granted. Write-back needs Products modify.
- Review previewed catalog edits before you confirm them.
- If you use AI suggestions, you supply the API key and you are responsible for that provider’s charges and output. We do not warrant AI copy.
- Do not use the app to store or transmit unlawful content, or to attempt access to another store’s data.
Our responsibilities
We will run the app with reasonable care, isolate stores from each other, and handle uninstall as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not offer an uptime SLA, and we may hold alert email if delivery is not configured. Features can change as we ship.
Intellectual property
We own the app. You own your catalog. Installing the app does not transfer your catalog to us beyond the operational copies described in the privacy policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is. Scores follow the rules we ship. They are not a legal, SEO, or accessibility certification. We are not liable for lost sales, catalog mistakes you confirm, BigCommerce outages, or your AI provider. Our aggregate liability for the service is limited to the fees you paid us through BigCommerce for the app in the prior three months, or zero if you were on Free or complimentary access.
Termination
You can uninstall at any time. We can disable a store that abuses the service or creates operational risk. After uninstall, secrets are cleared immediately and remaining copies follow the published retention window.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bez Leda Studios, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds a clause unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
